Free SMB Tools is a free, independent project built by developers who wanted to give small business owners and freelancers direct access to everyday tools without subscriptions, paywalls, or accounts. It is maintained to help the wider small-business and freelance community, not run as a commercial service.
There are no guarantees of uninterrupted availability, suitability for any specific purpose, or compatibility with your systems, workflows, legal requirements, or jurisdiction-specific obligations. You use the Service and rely on its outputs entirely at your own risk.
3. No Professional Advice
The Service and all generated outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, compliance, investment, medical, or other professional advice. You must obtain advice from qualified professionals before relying on outputs for important decisions.
4. User Responsibility for Outputs
You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing and verifying all generated files, calculations, templates, and documents.
- Validating compliance with local laws, regulations, tax rules, and contractual requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free SMB Tools and its operators, owners, contributors, affiliates, contractors, and service providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes, without limitation, damages relating to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, contracts, goodwill, or business opportunity.

- Errors in calculations, generated documents, or exported files.
- Security incidents, unauthorized access, or data corruption.
- Third-party actions, integrations, ads, analytics, links, or services.
If liability cannot be excluded by law, total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months, or (b) USD 10. Because the Service is free, this will generally be USD 10.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Free SMB Tools and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or block access to any user, IP, request pattern, or integration at our discretion to protect the Service, users, and infrastructure from abuse, security threats, legal risk, or operational harm.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Free SMB Tools is operated from the United Kingdom. These Terms, and any dispute arising from your use of the Service, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law. You agree that the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have in your own country of residence.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Free SMB Tools regarding use of the Service.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
